Part 7 — Map the field into the CRM lead

Every submission from both sites now carries observix_visitor_id. Put it on the lead.

    Create the field on the lead

    Text, 36 characters, the same field for leads from both sites.

site                     →  optional: which website the lead came from
  2. 02

    Add it to the form → CRM mapping

    Forms: abdteam.com #3, #9, #4, #13, #6, #7 · decksandbalcony.com #5, #3. The value arrives under the key observix_visitor_id, exactly like gclid does today.

  • Submit a test lead on abdteam.com/contact-free-estimate/ and one on www.decksandbalcony.com/contact-us/
  • Both CRM leads show observix_visitor_id like 01a0c8ac-2a12-7e9c-b0a2-059ecef85246
